當發生防火牆密碼忘記的情況時，我們只能夠將防火牆恢復為出廠值再用預設密碼登入後重新設定。
- 記錄防火牆的序號，又稱為Serial Number 在防火牆的背面可以找到。
- 使用Console線連接防火牆，並重新啟動防火牆。
- 在防火牆出現登入畫面時，使用Serial Number 作為登入的帳號及密碼，再根據系統提示恢復到出廠值。
